Website/Platform

NoHelpTooBig is aimed to help bring communities virtually closer. Our aim is to connect people in need of help with those who are willing and able to help during the coronavirus pandemic.

This platform allows a person who wants to help with food, aid, nonperishable items, medical supplies, and other items to be delivered to those who need it.

We are proud to help facilitate a community of people helping each other during this challenging time. Once you have connected with another user, it is crucial to create an arrangement for the exchange of goods that is safe for both parties. Please refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for the latest news regarding COVID-19, including how to protect yourself at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/.

Below is a recommended 5-step process for a successful, safe exchange:

5 Step Exchange

Step 1: Person A and B both wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including face-covering/mask and gloves, if possible.

Step 2: Person A and B maintains a 6-foot distance between each other. Do not make any personal contact (no handshaking or hugging).

Step 3: Person A places the object on a surface and steps 6-feet away

Step 4: Then, Person B receives the object and steps 6-feet away

Step 5: After exchange, both persons A and B washes hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or uses an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Following the exchange, wipe down all exposed surfaces with a disinfectant or soap and water (i.e. door handles, packaging of exchanged contents)
